Opening a new selling session
From the main menu click on " POS "> select from the menu "Sessions" > press the “new session "button > select the "shift"of the session.
Select the” device “of the session: the system creates a virtual device with the name” Main POS Device “and it is automatically selected in the” device “field, with the possibility of changing the name or defining a new device in the” Pos Devices “menu > press the”Confirm " button.
From the main menu click on”points of sale".
Select “sessions” from the menu > the program shows you the list of Sessions added to the account > Press the “new session” button to start opening a new session in the account.
If there are any open sessions, the system will take you directly to the sales screen.
Click on "Advanced Search “to access more professional search and filtering tools > click” sort by" at the top of the menu to change the way sessions are arranged (creation date, employee, status, opening time, closing time.) > Press the arrow to the left of the session to view the list of available actions:
Sales screen: the transition is made to the POS screen of the discrimination of security systems – Doha – Qatar for the session.
Closing: the transition is made to the procedure for closing the open session.
Money movements: view the list of exchange movements or cash addition during the session.
Delete: the selling session is deleted from the account. (The program does not allow deleting sales sessions in which there are any financial transactions)
Closing the sale session
From the main menu, click on " POS "> select "sales sessions" from the menu > press the button to the left of the session to be closed > select "Close" from the menu.
